Sadiq adds, “We want to offer budget construction options to the middle class. We are dedicated to providing homes at 10%-15% prices lower than the market average. Given the exorbitant property prices in Coimbatore, Basra aimed to design a solution that is within the grasp of the middle class, while providing the modern conveniences expected in a contemporary setting.

Sadiq says, “In the upcoming decade, home ownership will transition from being a mere dream to a tangible reality for many families.” He observes “A 2-BHK apartment located beyond the city limits will cost over 55 lakhs (at the time of writing this article), making it unaffordable for the typical middle-class individual.”
